This cinematic property has had several iconic titles. It has been known as “White Lotus House,” the “Disco Volante Estate,” and now, the “Sabrina Carpenter House.” Mid-mod California and Brazilian luxury were combined to create a jaw-dropping estate with unforgettable design features. Serving as the emblematic location in Carpenter’s “House Tour” music video, the home has now been immortalized in a major pop culture moment. With a total of six bedrooms and ten bathrooms, 1851 Stanley Ave is priced at $36,800,000 for sale and $185,000/month to lease. It is listed by developers Branden and Rayni Williams with The Beverly Hills Estates.

The estate took over seven years to build and not a single expense was spared. The construction cost over $30 million, making it a labor of love and not solely for profit. Although it is a sleek, modern mansion, there are vintage architectural elements and artifacts that make it feel eclectic yet timeless. The exterior features wall-to-wall glass and natural wood, while the interior was designed with organic materials like bronze, shogi bond wood, and Brazilian slate.

In the “House Tour” music video, Sabrina Carpenter, Margaret Qualley, and Madelyn Cline are seen dancing throughout the sculptural home. In one of the early scenes, Carpenter is shown frolicking across the classic Hollywood-inspired living room filled with mid-century decor. The developer, Branden Williams, described it in an interview with Homes.com: “It’s a resort sexy feel. Ultimate luxury living where everything is super comfy and lush and sexy.”

The three girls can also be seen dancing through the wall of windows from the exterior of the estate. This shot showcases the spectacular contemporary architecture and clean frame. The stone walls are also a recurring centerpiece throughout the video, with another shot highlighting the stone-clad staircase.

The location of the home is as legendary as the structure. It is positioned just above the Sunset Strip, and in good company among other celebrity homes. Although it is minutes away from the historic boulevard below, the home itself feels secluded with striking views of the Downtown LA skyline.

Aside from Sabrina Carpenter’s recent feature, there have been several notable uses of the Disco Volante Estate. Brand Yves Saint Laurent used the home for a shoot and Beckham hosted a star-studded soiree. Beyond the spectacular main home, the property includes its own private speakeasy nightclub.

With exquisitely rare materials like Asian-imported jade and lava rock, the Eastern influence blends beautifully with the rock n’ roll Hollywood atmosphere. This layered approach is evident in the airy atmosphere, biophilic touches, and moody color palette. This home is not meant to be defined by a single style or architectural period. Instead, it combines creative design from across the world to create a luxurious tapestry.
