Los Angeles’ red-hot real estate market showed no signs of slowing down in 2024, with the median home price increasing 5% this year over last. Some of the city’s most notable properties also sold this year, from spectacular new construction in the Valley to historic homes throughout the east side. Here are some of our favorite Los Angeles homes that sold in 2024.
